It comes and goes. Some people have it for five seconds. Some their whole lives. He’s a receiver now. Everything’s coming in. He can’t stop it, he can’t slow it down, he can’t even figure it out. It’s like he’s in a tunnel with a flashlight. But the light only comes on every once in a while. He gets a glimpse of something, but not enough to know what it is. Just enough to know it’s there. |

This week our wax towards a pinnacle series of aspects which peak and perfect by next weekend’s end. While these aspects will be reflected in World events during this time, many of us will also see it first hand in experiences and events within our reach.

Those of us with key planets or key angles (Ascendant/Descendant, Midheaven/IC) at the end of and or in the early degrees of and are most intimately impacted. These could be planets/angles in your birth or progressed charts, current solar and lunar returns.

Recall: The planets themselves cause nothing and instead reflect our Starry stories. like the horse whips and mare’s tails signaling rain on the way, the Planetary Storytellers are archetypal omen tellers. They wink a peek at the sim’s insides, if you will.

The story they signal is not one, but instead a proverbial “Stir of Echoes” summoning quickly our lives’ timelines and tales since 2008, through which this placement has been a bell-ringer.

What is primary, is the Sun’s last conjunction with Pluto in Capricorn, in the last degree, for the last time in all our lifetimes. Immediately after, the Sun enters the sign of its greatest debility; and quickly next, Pluto follows and enters Aquarius, too.

While Pluto will retrograde and re-enter Capricorn to hover at that last degree one more time (Sept-Nov 2024), it will never see the Sun’s light there again.

Pluto itself is the storyteller of finality, endings, the shadows, the puppeteer. Pluto is “plutonium”, the underworld, deep earth and minerals, lord of hidden treasure, abduction, invisibility and secrecy. This week, Sun shines its final light into these realms. Final and fathomed-deep reveals in the wings.

As the season deepens into its darkening, our mystical hilltop always rings brightest. The liminal loudens with synchronistic nudges and whispers, dreams and phantasmagoria. Today, as the Moon moves through its balsamic surrendering in Scorpio the Solstice Spirit’s layering of inexplicable experiences has made for a happily storied muse.

Looking for a Christmas decoration in all my usual spaces I couldn’t find it. I went upstairs in the attic & fell into a spell of Clark Griswold, lost in tucked away memorabilia. I found these remnants of my Father. While they were in a suitcase of his artifacts I’ve gone through a 1,000 times; I’ve never seen the horse or his Disabled Veteran’s plaque before & not pictured here also found an envelope for the tooth fairy. I’m unsure how I didn’t see these before but as soon as I found them I looked to the side & also found the Christmas item I was looking for.

My parents have been gone for 42 and 29 years. The real nugget in all this is that my Father died at Christmas Eve.

And so, here I am, in the middle of an ordinary Saturday, on a quest for one errant decoration and via serendipitous pathways I end up finding my Dad, too.

And here’s the Starry Wonder to it all. In earlier years, I found in this suitcase his baby tags and his time of birth. So, even though I didn’t know him, I have the treasure of knowing his exact birth chart.

The charts of our loved ones, much like their Spirits, live on and intersect with our day-to-day. When did I find these hidden treasures today? Earlier this morning as the transiting Moon in Scorpio joined up with Venus in the 5th degree of Scorpio. My Dad’s ascendant in his birth chart is also 5 Scorpio.

So perfect for this “hidden” (Scorpio) information to be found as the Moon activated this degree. Venus in Scorpio is in her detriment & infinitely struggles to find peace; she must yield to the warrior Mars whose house (Scorpio) she currently is in. The Moon connecting with this Venus today connects the storyline of struggle & debility of a warrior’s call.

Well played, Universe❤️. The Wonder is everywhere! Spirits and ancestors draw close. May the Solstice Spirit be with all of us 🕊️

The lunar eclipse (full moon) perfects today in Ta**us. Lunar eclipses (LE) signal to us that a cord cutting is in the air. Our hearts, our spirits - our who we are underneath these meat suits - is about to experience a change felt best at the edge of our seats and fingertips.

The natural design winks us some bread crumb clues which will mirror our experiences.

During a LE, our connection with the Moon is disrupted. Moon is the of what we need, how we arrange our life to feel safe, the story of mom, motherhood and nurturance; of emotions, and hearted connections.

This particular LE in Ta**us signals we are experiencing more seismic shifts than when in other signs. Moon stories change by each zodiac sign they are in. In Ta**us - this moon is Queen. A Ta**us moon is exalted, held up on high and quite content with all her trappings which easily flow to her reach. These Moons work hard, especially towards goals of accumulation.

Sometimes, the weight of all those accumulations and their trappings and entanglements bears too big a burden and like a gorged deer tick I found on our pup yesterday (check out its shell btw, it is an eclipse pattern!)sucking out our life blood, a cord must be cut to save ourselves.

This is the story of the Ta**us/Scorpio polarity in . Scorpio (the opposition to Ta**us) is A+ at cutting off what takes too much, is weak, or no longer generates power for us. Meanwhile, Ta**us will shudder to think of surrendering its earthen-grasp and fixed plans. And so the Universe finds a way and reflects these chaptered stories back to us.

Safety, routines, & the treasure we had kept in our clutch reshuffles since late September and especially now.

From here, our hero journey takes us back to ourselves in a primary way. From here, the North Node eclipse point draws us into Aries (me, mine, I). Time to lighten our packs - a hero will be knocking at the door and that journey made in our own steps, on our own terms, will blossom in wildfire.

For a brief moment in the journey, a magic wand is waved and a sweet spot emerges. Smoothed out waves make for a Sunday full of good solar shine (astrologically at least). We catch a better glimpse of our own edges and ideas begin to birth about creative projects, self care and our own personal leadership. Relationships buzz with candy-sweet glow and a strong case of the me-wants hangs in the air.

Today, for those of us with significant placements in the later degrees of Leo, Aquarius and in Ta**us, Libra and Leo generally - today is a sheltering of a day.

Today is a day for secreted partnership forging, for insights about a gestating goal and for a super tasty day of treats. The sufferings of the world and our own personal journey wait outside the door. Today, the shine is unfettered. Our hearts are pierced with the insights of generous and unselfish care.

The heart speaks today. Its instinctive whispers amble up to a roar today narrating the story of our greatest sufferings and achievements.

Venus, burnt and frayed at her edges from her retrograde falling back to the sun, she gets so very close today, on the Sun’s day and, while all consumed in its light, realizes the rest of the fall, the rest of the retrograde must be and can be yet done.

Our spirit leads us to themes of home, hideaway, sanctuary, family, Mom and our hearted-connections. And in these storylines is loss; whether by cleaning out, letting go or some otherwise acceptance.

The Moon enters Cancer this afternoon, its homeland. The of our and driven needs, the Moon slips comfortably back into her waters. While waning, she darkens and also lightens from the gravity of the physical world. Losing her light with each tick, she slips further into the mystical and Cancer’s waters are glad to abide.

This operates behind the scenes and out of most sight. Losing visibility, she gains ethereally. A Balsamic Moon is a surrendering moon.

Cancer is not an inherently letting go vibe, so this weekend’s waning moon comes with strings and entanglements.

Our home and family preparations make way for the coming in on the Moon’s Day;

Personally, my Sun is conjoined Saturn in Cancer and I’m riding this waning wave (water) to clean out (waning moon) my basement (out of sight). It’s not just full of “stuff”; it’s full of things that are of value for me. All kinds of memories and family (Cancer) related items. as they say.

It’s time to make some space for in our ❤️

I’m also spending quiet space in prayer as a loved one is soon to be lifted in light. Nature is always reflecting these stories we live; the great and the small. It brings comfort in these-the milestone moments of our lives.

My pup selected this from all my piles of books as his fav new chew toy. He ran wildly and while his wee legs be little, it remained a feat to sn**ch my book back from his pinned clench.

I had to laugh, of course not where he could see me, at the astrological perfection of the moment.

There is a full moon in Sagittarius today. This is the sign where no f are given, where half-man, half-beast collide and where we return to a bit more freed up space, mostly in our own minds.

So, feeling feral? Of course! Run out in the wilds and shake some of the stink off. Nose to the wind for some good fresh sniffs and some free your mind kind of lunacy.
