There are so many ways to stay connected to SMS.💙

Eva Morin ‘22 • Henriette Borgia ‘24 • Eliza Sullivan ‘22 • Elsa Peterson PG’21

Some alumni return to help coach the next generation of athletes. Others come back to campus to train, reconnect, and spend time in a place that still feels like home.

We’re grateful for all the ways our alumni continue to engage with our community and campus. 🐻❤️

💙❤️ So amazing to have Jamie Pila ’20 back on campus!

Jamie stopped by SMS to show her boyfriend around her old stomping grounds and to connect with coaches and teachers. After completing her time in the Israeli army, Jamie is continuing her education in Israel. 🇮🇱🎓

We’re excited to see where her journey takes her next! It’s always special when our alumni come home! Come visit!🏔️❤️

Meet four alumni who continue to be part of the SMS community as parents and staff. 💙

Morgan Korpi ‘99, Erich Schmidinger ‘94, Ross Powers ‘97, and Frank Knaack ‘95

From wearing an SMS uniform as a student-athlete to returning as a parent, staff member, or both, these connections have a way of continuing across generations. 🐻✨

We love seeing our alumni stay connected to the place they once called home, and finding new ways to be part of the SMS story. ❤️

We loved welcoming alumni back to campus for SMS Graduation today and celebrating the Class of 2026 as they joined their ranks.

In a powerful commencement address, U.S. Cross Country Ski Team Head Coach Matt Whitcomb ’97 reflected on the enduring value of community, reminding graduates that success is rarely achieved alone. The friendships, mentorship, resilience, and sense of belonging built at SMS create a foundation that lasts far beyond graduation.

As our newest alumni begin their next chapter, they do so as part of a remarkable community that spans generations and reaches around the world.

Congratulations, Class of 2026. Once a Bear, always a Bear. 🐻💙

There’s nothing like time well spent with TD McCormick - legendary SMS teacher and coach who carries the stories and spirit of SMS so deeply. Grateful for breakfast in Manchester filled with history and laughter. Looking forward to welcoming TD back for Graduation Weekend and the SMS Hall of Fame.🎉
