Students Explore the Properties of Water
Mrs. Eggleton’s students recently took part in a hands-on lab focused on the properties of water. During the lab, students explored four important properties of water: cohesion, adhesion, surface tension, and specific heat.
Through a series of experiments and observations, students were able to see how these properties work and better understand their importance in biology. The hands-on activities allowed students to apply concepts they have learned in class while gaining a deeper understanding of how water behaves.
The lab also serves as preparation for the Biology Keystone Exam, helping students review and strengthen their understanding of key biology concepts.
