Still taking in what a special day this was. ✈️🤍

Opening our second Avia Flight Academy location at Waterbury-Oxford Airport is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, and getting to celebrate it surrounded by our team, students, friends, family, and community made it even more meaningful.

We were honored to welcome Connecticut State Senator Richard Blumenthal, Oxford First Selectman George Temple, State Representative Arnold Jensen, and Oxford Superintendent Dr Ralph Marino, Jr to join us for the ribbon cutting and mark this exciting milestone for Avia.

As our founders, Daniela and Amro, said during the ceremony, “We did it together.” And we truly did. This milestone belongs to every person who has supported Avia, believed in what we’re building, and helped us get here.

So, to all of you, thank you. We’re so proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited for everything still ahead. ✈️🤍
