🆕 Weekend Schedule Update

We shifted the weekend lineup. Check out the new classes hitting the grid starting this week:

💥 Muay Thai: Fridays at 7:00 PM

🗓️ Now training Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

🥊 Boxing: Saturdays at 11:00 AM

🗓️ Now training Tuesdays (6:00 PM), Thursdays (6:00 PM), and Saturdays.

⚡ Saturday Stack: Show up early for MMA at 10:00 AM, then stay on the mats for the new Boxing slot at 11:00 AM.

✨ Our new women’s beginner Jiu Jitsu class starts in two weeks. It is a straightforward, supportive class designed specifically for women who want to learn martial arts, get a great workout, and build new skills.

🗓️ Class Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

⌚️ Time: 6:00 PM (1-hour session)

💪 Level: Absolute beginners welcome

No fitness background or martial arts experience required. We take it one step at a time, covering all the fundamentals from scratch.

Looking for a fun, active, and affordable way to keep your child engaged before school starts? Join us for our Summer Martial Arts Camp!

📅 August 3rd–6th
📍 The Charterhouse | Edinburg, VA
👧🧒 Ages 6–11

Your child will enjoy four action-packed mornings filled with martial arts, games, fitness, teamwork, confidence-building, and FUN!

⏰ Drop-Off: 7:30–8:00 AM
🥋 Camp Activities: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
⏰ Pick-Up: 12:00–12:30 PM
💲 Cost: Only $80 for the entire camp!

We’re excited to officially roll out our new Boxing & Muay Thai promotion shirt system at Good2Go Mixed Martial Arts. 🥊

Our new ranking progression will follow:

⚪ White
🟢 Green
⚫ Black
🔴 Red

White and Green testing will happen regularly throughout the year, while Black and Red testing will be reserved for two testing periods annually.

As always, we’ll continue using Big Cartel for our merch and Subguards for our uniform orders, speaking of which - should be arriving any day now, they're about to ship. 👕🔥

We’re also proud to keep supporting Jamie Sparkles, who creates custom items and gear for the club that can be purchased in-house at the gym.

We’re still taking input on what should go in the empty space on the wall of our club. So far, “BORN. BRED. WARRIOR.” is currently leading the vote. Thank you to everyone who has shared ideas with us through polls, messages, and conversations at the gym. We love building this together as a community.

From training shirts to custom club gear, there’s plenty of Good2Go swag available. Support the team, represent the community, and wear it proudly. You earned it.
