After seven beautiful, successful years of nurturing little learners and building something truly special, the time has come to pass along The Nest Early Learning Center to its next loving owner.
The Nest was independently owned and operated, built from the ground up with heart, intention, and a commitment to high-quality early childhood education. It has been a place where children felt safe, supported, and inspired — and where families felt confident entrusting their little ones to a warm, welcoming community.
This offering includes the opportunity to purchase the business name, The Nest Early Learning Center, along with all furniture, materials, and equipment still in the space that is owned by The Nest, making this a wonderful opportunity for someone ready to step into an existing program or launch their own vision with a strong foundation. (Please note some furniture/materials in photographs is church owned and would not be included in sale.)
A potential lease is available for the previoisly licensed preschool space located within First Christian Church of Stow, a beautiful and supportive setting for early learning. The possible space available includes:
Two spacious classrooms
Use of an outdoor playground
Use of a gym
Space was fully approved and in compliance with Ohio Department of Children and Youth licensing.
Space was licensed for up to 25 children ages 2.5 and older
The preschool space last passed its licensing inspection in July of 2025, certificate of occupancy current, and fire inspection was completed in April of 2025, giving peace of mind and an easy path forward for a new owner.
