Ruth Weiner, a retired Stoughton High English teacher, will be at the Stoughton Public Library for an author event this Thursday, September 3.

🖋Join local author, Ruth Weiner, as she talks about her writing process and how she learned to write a novel. After reading excerpts of her books, there will be Q & A and book signing.

📖 Copies of her book available for purchase.

About Ruth...
Ruth E. Weiner is a retired English teacher, journalist, & author whose novels explore resilience, reinvention, friendship, & the hidden forces that shape people’s lives. Her books include Veronica Recycled, The Mahjong Mavens of Boca Raton, Milli Finds Her Bench, & the literary suspense novel Inside the Locked Box.

Ruth taught English for twenty-five years at Stoughton High School& also served as an adjunct instructor at Lesley University. She was named Stoughton’s Teacher of the Year & was a finalist for Massachusetts Teacher of the Year. After retiring, she wrote extensively for several local newspapers. She lives in Sharon, Massachusetts.
