Syttende Mai Festival Arts and Crafts Fair of Stoughton, WI

That's a Wrap on the 2025 Arts & Crafts Fair. Brett and I(Cheryl) would like to thanks all the Vendors, Volunteers and Shoppers for coming out and supporting this event.

This years photo with King Troy and Queen Lynn include 2 out of 4 of our kiddos, our youngest Gavin and our exchange student/daughter, Marcela from Brazil. She loved experiencing what it is like to be a Norwegian. :)

The Arts & Crafts Fair is opened and we just had a visit from this year's Royalty, King Joe and Queen Erin.

It's a beautiful morning in Stoughton. Looking forward to this year's Arts & Crafts Fair today. 10-6 at the Stoughton High School, 600 Lincoln Ave. Happy Syttende Mai!!

It's come to our attention that scammers are trying to collect payments from vendors on Facebook. We have never used Facebook as a payment portal and never will. Payments should only be made through the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce and no one else.

Hej! Syttende Mai 2024 is around the corner, May 17-19.

We are getting ready for this years Arts & Crafts Fair and would like to share some changes that will be happening for the next 2 years.
*This is due to construction that will be taking place at the River Bluff Middle School campus.

Date: Saturday, May 18th (1 day only) 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: Will be at The Stoughton High School, in the Field House
*There will be other events at the high school such as Syttende Mai Dancers Performances, along with their Food offerings, bake sale and raffle.
*The Rosemaling Exhibition will be in a new location this year as well. They will be across the street at the United Methodist Church.
*There will be a bus shuttle going between the high school and down town throughout the weekend.

And that's a wrap on Syttende Mai Festival week, 2023. 10 years ago Brett and I took on the role of the Arts & Crafts Fair Coordinators of the Festival. We hope all our Vendors had a wonderful show.
We are so grateful to all our volunteers that helped us out this year, a huge "Thank You" to Josh S., my sister, Paula R., awesome friends, Tony M. & Antonella C., Our 3 kiddos and their friends, Brett M. and Lucy. Thank You to the custodian staff at River Bluff Middle School, The Stoughton Chamber of Commerce, Callie and Sara, You Gals are amazing. Abbey for taking the King Dan and Queen Cindy around to all the events and stopping to visit the A & C Fair and to all the rest of the 400+ volunteers that help make this festival happen. It's so fun listening to out-of-town visitors talk about what a cute, friendly and charming town Stoughton is.
Lastly, Thank You...Mary Sunshine, for finally giving us a perfect weather weekend, no snow, lots of sunshine and not to windy. Robert the Snowman snuck out of his box to cheer on the walkers and runners going by our house. Can we order this weather every year on Syttende Mai weekend. 🙂

It's almost time...Brett and I are happy about the weather, our Vendors have arrived and are almost set up and the Syttende Mai, King and Queen have stopped on by. It's going to be a wonderful weekend 🇳🇴😁
