We wrapped up the Wallace Research Symposium on Talent Development with an engaging closing keynote, “Algorithms, Education, and Inequality,” from Cathy O'Neil, author of the best-selling book Weapons of Math Destruction.

Her keynote challenged attendees to think critically about the ways algorithms and artificial intelligence can shape opportunity, access, and equity in education.

Throughout the symposium, our team was proud to share their work through presentations, posters, and conversations with colleagues across the field. Thank you to everyone who made this year’s Wallace Symposium such a meaningful gathering of researchers and educators.
