Two months for the maple crew: How UConn’s Forestry club turns tree sap into liquid gold It’s 1 p.m. in the afternoon. A layer of snow coats the ground and the small, wooden building tucked away on the side road off of Horsebarn Hill.

Our members helped clean up an Eldredge Brook trail this past weekend and enjoyed s'mores by the campfire afterwards. Check out this beautiful place for yourself in Willington, CT and remember to keep your surroundings clean! 😊

Mark your calendars: we're selling our home-made maple syrup this Saturday (4/7) afternoon at our sugar house off of Horsebarn Hill Road from noon to 4! We have a more limited supply than usual, so be sure to come before we sell out!
