Through education, cooperation, and collaboration we support, and help lead, the creation of a respectful and inclusive culture within the UConn community.

The Resident Assistant for Social Justice Education (RASJE) serves as a student contact on issues related to diversity; and promotes social justice, inclusivity, and equity within the residence halls. The RASJE’s focus is to create a residential environment with intent to increase the cultural awareness of the overall residential community.
