“Hi everyone!! My name is Melissa and I am a new member of Pi Beta Phi. As a returning Sophomore, my goal entering this year was to step out of my comfort zone and find a community that makes UConn feel smaller. During recruitment, everyone I talked to was so genuine and kind. Through Pi Phi, I was able to find so many amazing people that I connected with. Now, as I walk around campus, I can say hi to so many familiar faces and I know that if I ever need any advice or anything, not to hesitate to reach out to a sister. Joining Pi Phi has been an incredible experience and I am so excited for more laughs and memories in the years to come
