Game changer for everyone, especially the deaf community:
Apple Podcasts now has transcripts for all the shows that are available through the app.
Make sure your iOS is updated to version 17.4. Pick any podcast and you can access its transcript by scrolling past the introductory information.
I don’t know about you but this really opens up a whole new world of information. Plus if you’re not in the mood to listen to an entire show, you can simply read through the text.

While at the organized by the School of STAMP at Gallaudet, where 200+ people from all over the world are sharing their work in this area, a hearing colleague sent me a link to NPR Morning Edition's piece on ASL STEM signs. IT HAS NO TRANSCRIPT. took time to share their work with you & now they must wait for access to your reporting?!?! Do better NPR!
