In the Student Union today, our student staff are building the skills to create a safe, accessible, and welcoming Student Union for everyone! From emergency response to de-escalation and everyday awareness, our student staff play a key role in making our spaces feel secure and inclusive. Because creating a safe and accessible space is customer service!🐾🐾

Tomorrow, our student staff move in and get ready to start training! As they do, the Student Union comes out of hibernation and back to life for the semester. 🐾 A huge thank you to our staff - the people who support the spaces and services that bring our campus together!💙

A huge thank you to Rob Landolphi, Kyle Davis, and Lily Tartsinis with for hosting our UConn Student Union & Event Services ( ) Team Builder at the Innovation Kitchen on May 12, 2026.

We appreciate the time, energy, creativity, and care that went into creating such a fun, engaging, and collaborative meal prep and cooking experience for our team. It was a great opportunity to connect, laugh, learn, and enjoy an incredible meal together.

Thank you for helping create such a meaningful experience for our staff! 👏🍽️💙

And, thank you so much to our Associate Director, Tiffany Simpson, for organizing this event for our team!
