A little appreciation for the people who do so much for our Student Union! 💙

In honor of National Custodian Appreciation Day on October 2nd, SU students and staff came together to celebrate our incredible maintenance, trade, and custodial crew. Students and staff wrote heartfelt letters and created a special craft to show their appreciation and thank our custodians for everything they do each day!

From keeping our spaces clean and welcoming to all the work that happens behind the scenes, our custodial staff plays such an important role in making the Student Union a great place for our community.

Thank you for all that you do! We appreciate you! 🫶🐾

Some places stay with you long after you leave. Returning to the Student Union brings back memories of a different time - familiar hallways, favorite gathering spots, and moments that once felt like our own. Now, families get to walk through those same spaces with their children and create new memories together. While the Student Union may look a little different, the feeling of being part of the UConn family remains the same.💙🐾
