The George Leigh Minor Plant & Soil Health Center houses our UConn Plant Diagnostic Laboratory, Home Garden Education UConn Home Garden Education Office, the UConn Soil Nutrient Analysis Laboratory and the UConn Turf Diagnostic Laboratory.
This new space is directly across from the UConn Dairy Bar where CT Residents and Commercial Stakeholders can address all of their plant and soil health concerns!

Effective May 13, 2026, please drop off or send your samples to our new home in the George Leigh Minor Plant and Soil Health Center. The Minor Center brings together UConnโs soil testing, plant and turf diagnostics, and Home & Garden support in one place to better serve Connecticut growers and residents.
