Tonight, IMA will be meeting with Collins Aerospace - Raytheon Technologies division for a meeting surrounding Industry 4.0 and what Collins Aerospace is doing within the space from a data perspective. They will also talk about their Operations Digital Accelerator Job openings. As usual, we will meet at our regular meeting room BUSN 215 at 7:45 PM - Wednesday, December 1st.
This will be an in-person meeting, so please dress business casual!

Today, IMA will host an Information Session for all those interested in E-Board roles. We will meet in our regular meeting room BUSN 215 at 7:45. We will answer any questions about the role and what it means to be an E-Board member for IMA. We will also have time to fill out the application! It is highly encouraged to come to the meeting if you are looking to apply for a position!

MEM Society and Management Information Association are hosting a joint event on Tuesday, October 26 at 6:30 PM. This will be an Entrepreneurial Spotlight on Bill Palifka, CO-founder and CEO of Cynomix, a rising cyber security company. We are hoping to increase attendance, and would greatly appreciate you sharing this information with your classes! The format will be fully online and since this is not our regular meeting time WE WILL NOT MEET IN BUSN 215.

We are excited to host this session for all students to come and ask questions about electives, class registrations and anything regarding MIS. We will meet on Wednesday, 10/13 in BUSN 215 from 7:45 PM - 8:30 PM EST. We will hear from representatives from Yale IT. They will be presenting on the topic of “IT Careers at Yale University”.
Please come with questions about what it’s like to work in Yale’s IT organization consisting of 450 employees. We will hear from Yale Senior IT leaders and UCONN alum to discuss the opportunities available at Yale.
