We encourage everyone to "Be Here, Be You" at the UConn Library. For Sully, that means being a super cool and thoughtful troubleshooter when our work computers start to sound like jet engines or the fancy office printer runs out of ink. Not all heroes wear capes but Sully could if she wanted to, because that's how we roll here. 🦸‍♀️💻

Did you know the UConn Library collects zines? Zines are independent, small-run publications made with a DIY spirit and gumption. Topics range from art and poetry, to memoirs, to niche interests, cats, comics, and rallying cries. You can check them out on Level B, and even submit your own!😎

Interested in incorporating AI Literacy skills into your teaching? Join us for a virtual workshop this Thursday where we'll unpack lessons learned from our first year of running UConn Library’s AI Literacy Basics course and take a tour of its newly redesigned “2.0” version. We’ll look at how student feedback and emerging AI literacy practices shaped revisions that emphasize accurate mental models, ethical decision-making, intentional tool use, active learning, and critical evaluation of AI-generated information.
