Dear Classmates: I wanted to let you know that we lost Ruth (Chambers) Spooner today 8/16/2020 to her battle with cancer. Her daughter Kara posted that she slipped away quietly in her sleep. My sympathy to the family. RIP Ruth.

We have great news to announce!!!

We are going to have live entertainment after the banquet 8:30 - 10:30 PM, thanks to our former classmate, Charlie Mac Luepke. He has put a special group together, just for us. The name of this fine group of musicians - The Tornadoes!! Have you ever heard of them? Of course you have, for 50 years!! Other members of the band are Class of '68 SL graduate, Charlie Erickson and a good friend, Jim Craig. We're going to have fun now. We so appreciate Charlie doing this for us and can't wait to see him and hear his band!! It has been a long, long time. Thank you, Charlie.

Final plans for the Storm Lake Class of '69's 50th Reunion are underway!! If you haven't already made plans to join us, please do. It will be such a great chance to see people that you haven't seen for a very long time. High school friends, friends you haven't even made, yet. Come check out your hometown, the home you grew up in, the High School you graduated from or the church you attended growing up!! So much to see and do. Please put the reunion on your calendar and surprise us!

Friday, September 20 - King's Pointe Resort - 5:00 pm casual get together, dutch treat.
Saturday, September 21 - Storm Lake High School Tour - 2:00 pm
Sunrise Pointe Golf Course Club House - Social Hour - 4 - 6:00 pm
Buffet Dinner - 6:30 pm
Music - Cash Bar - Memory Display - Photo Frame Booth
Class Photo - 8-8:30 pm - printed on site
