The Buskin Awards are presented annually to student journalists whose work demonstrates a commitment to excellence, leadership in campus journalism or impact on the campus community. The awards, sponsored by Newsday, include a cash prize presented at the annual Undergraduate Recognition Awards Ceremony and a place of honor on the Buskin Award plaque, located in the School of Journalism.
