ASA At Stony Brook Asian Students Alliance (ASA) at Stony Brook University was established in 1983.

ASA is a cultural club that strives to provide a community of fellowship and network for Asians and Asian Americans within and outside of ASA. Members of ASA work together to develop educational, social and cultural models to foster awareness for the Asian and Asian American communities on campus - all while having a great time!

happy 2️⃣0️⃣th birthday to our awesome 😎sophomore rep, Awais! this fella 🚶‍♂️is very studious 🤓 but maybe 🤔 he’ll watch 👀 a basketball 🏀 game or two 😵‍💫 when he should be paying 💰 attention 🫣 in class. known 🧠 as one of the shortest ⬇️ out of all asa men 🧍‍♂️, he’s pretty hard to spot 🔍 around campus 🏫 especially 💯 when he’s at the rec 💪. it’s puzzling 🧩 how he owns more texas 🤠 merch than the real texan we have in our cab 🤨. i guess we can call 📞 him mr. worldwide 👨‍🦲! we also have an actual name 🗣️ that we call ☎️ him endearingly 🥰 (a wee wee/ a oui oui)! his nickname brings us joy 🤩 and so do his abundant comedic 🤣 remarks 🤓☝️. hope you don’t miss ☺️ us too much while we’re AWAY-is on winter ❄️ break and wish you a happy birthday 🎂 at home 🏠!
