Every single dollar will be spent directly on the victims. This would be done through proper legal channels. The cash will be utilized to pay for medical expenses and to build the Nation to its former glory. We will not let bureaucracy get in the way. The money will be dispensed as required materials through authorized organizations that have shown a great track record.
