As my takeover of the SBU CAS Instagram comes to a close, I’ve found myself reflecting on my 4 years at SBU.

Looking back at freshman Sophia (pictured here), this photo is so bittersweet to me. Little did I know, I would accomplish so many things during my undergraduate career. From working jobs on campus, to teaching assistantships, research assistantships, an internship, and club involvement, being a student in the College of Arts and Sciences at SBU has been such a joyful and wild rollercoaster.

As graduation creeps around the corner, I am excited to officially become an SBU Alumna, yet I am sad to be leaving a community filled with so many wonderful people who have helped shape me into the person I will be post-graduation.

Many thanks to the College of Arts and Sciences for providing me with such an enriching education and enjoyable undergraduate experience!
