North Desoto Jiu Jitsu We are Desoto Parish’s leading Martial Arts gym catering to all levels and walks of life.

We are a FAMILY FRIENDLY martial arts gym striving to create a good clean place to workout and learn self defense. We offer Cardio Kickboxing, Fight Fit(mma style cardio), Kids and Adult Jiu Jitsu classes. We will also be offering Self Defense classes on certain Saturdays throughout the month.

The best self defense one can have is confidence in one’s ability to protect themselves at all times. A single class alone cannot provide that confidence. That’s why you should train at your local jiu jitsu academy.

It’s better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener in a war.
