As we close out another incredible school year, the Stoneville Elementary PTO would like to take a moment to reflect on everything we accomplished together. None of this would have been possible without the support of our amazing families, staff, volunteers, community members, and generous sponsors.

Throughout the year, our PTO hosted so many memorable events and fundraisers, including:
💙 Our annual Stoneville Swag sale for families and staff.
🌼 Our Mum and Bundt Cake fundraiser—which completely exceeded our expectations! You all truly sold us out!
🎃 Our annual Stoneville Fall Festival, featuring bounce houses, pumpkin painting, costumes, delicious food trucks, and the always-popular tractor rides provided by the one and only Patrick Smith.
❤️ Our Second Annual Valentine’s Dance, which was another sold-out success!
🛼 Monthly school skate nights and give-back nights at Debbie’s that brought our school community together while supporting our PTO.
Because of your participation, fundraising efforts, and the generosity of our sponsors, we were able to support requests throughout the school year—from individual classrooms to helping provide the grand raffle prize for our 5th Grade Washington, D.C. trip.
We were also proud to:
🍧 Treat every student and staff member to Kona Ice on Field Day.
☕ Celebrate our incredible teachers and staff during Teacher Appreciation Week with specialty drinks and sweet treats from Sweet Revenge, along with a Chick-fil-A breakfast.
🎶 Purchase a new sound system for the auditorium, allowing parents to better enjoy Awards Day and giving Mr. Bramlett an upgraded system for concerts and school performances for years to come.
As we close our fiscal year, we are thrilled to continue investing back into our school by providing:
📚 $1,000 to each grade level
🎵 $450 to the music program for Mr. Bramlett
📖 $200 each to Title I, Physical Education, the IEP Department, and the Inclusive Classroom
🗂️ $125 for our front office secretary’s needs
🧹 $100 for our custodial staff
💙 $250 in startup funds for the incoming PTO Board
Every dollar raised was given with one purpose in mind—to make Stoneville Elementary an even better place for our students and staff.
Finally, as one chapter closes, another begins. We are excited to welcome our new PTO Board as they officially begin their term tomorrow. We know they will continue building on the strong foundation that has been created and will lead with passion, dedication, and a heart for our school.
To every family who volunteered, every business that sponsored, every staff member who partnered with us, and every community member who supported our events—thank you. Your generosity, encouragement, and belief in Stoneville Elementary have made this an unforgettable year.
