So the trip to the United Nations is fast approaching. Right now we have 12 students and 4 adults going. But if you are not on the list, leave a post with your name and we will add you to the waiting list just in case someone has to cancel. Their loss might be your gain! The Rotary Club of Stoneham has 10 extra tickets for any Interactors who would like to be our guests for the game. It starts at 5:05pm at LeLacheur Park in Lowell. I can take 4 with me and may be able to find rides for others unless you can drive yourself. Message me asap!

We hope that all of our Interact members and their parents or guardians will join with Stoneham Rotarians and friends as we formally install the new Interact leadership, recognize all of the charter members and set the stage for great things to come from the these young adults. June 30th at 6:30pm at Montvale Plaza.

Happy to report that we have two new students from Stoneham participating in this year's RYLA program this weekend. Congratulations to Samantha and Becca. Thank you Gabbi Carpinella for reaching out to them. In fact Becca wants to join Interact as well!!!!

Save the Date! The Installation of the new Interact Officers and the pinning of all Charter Members of the new Interact Club of Stoneham will be held on June 30th at Montvale Plaza at 6:30pm. Yesterday, the Rotary Club of Stoneham received notice that our sponsorship of the Interact Club of Stoneham is official. This has been a multi-year labor of love and we are so proud of the 34 charter members that have committed to making a difference in the world! Now it needs to get signed by our club president and presented to the leadership team.

So the charter is filed with 31 members with maybe three more to add after the first official meeting. Excitement is growing and the leadership team is in place, already planning their first service project and inaugural event for sometime in the next two months. So proud of all of the students who are stepping forward to "Do Good in the World".

We hope to submit the Interact Club of Stoneham's charter application this week. We have everything but the president's signature and additional names to add to the current 25 charter members. Cool!
