Bird songs, the wind, even the mulberry bush get our minds, eyes and ears tuned to nature. I like how connected children are to their senses and how we can spark and support that through little talks of awareness of nature. It slows us down, helps us "stop and smell the roses".

Musikgarten classes at the Arts Academy at Smoke Rise Baptist begin fall semester August 9. Family Music classes begin September 1st. I'm looking forward to meeting new families and having fun making music together! www.smokerisebaptist.org/arts

"Family Music for Babies" (yes a music class that engages Babies and gives parents beautiful songs and activities to enjoy with them!)
Thursdays 10:00-10:30
And "Music Makers at the Keyboard"
For beginning piano students ages 6-9
Mondays 5-6pm
