Been telling people that John Bonham was a FUNK DRUMMER. The groove in Over the Hills And Far Away is proof of his love of soul and funk drumming. I just put ay own thing on it by adding some Toms and little 16ths in the hat to bring out some forward motion. I think i wanna make a series out of his funk and soul beats and the cats that influenced him. What y’all think?
