An intimate home away from home, where they could obtain total mind-body wellness -- leaving all the stressors of the day behin

d on the dance floor. A place without all the intimidation of a large gym or dance studio. A judgment-free zone where stress doesn't exist. A place for people looking for an alternative route on their journey to fitness. Moreover, Flex Point Dance Studio was to be a place where people could dance out their frustrations and forget the troubles they encountered at while at school, home, at work, or in traffic-- even if only for an hour or so. A place to rediscover their confidence. A safe place for children to come and take dance classes while their parents do other things. My hope is that Flex Point will be all of these things and more for the people who walk through our doors. I want them to feel like family, knowing that when they come in, they will see me and a host of other welcoming faces.

Exciting news! The teens from ChopArt will present in their first art show of the year this Friday from 6-10p at Murmur Gallery! They've been working on their canvases for 6 weeks and have incredible stories behind the artwork they're displaying. Each teen who sells artwork will receive 100% of the sales revenue back.

It's truly my honor to invite you out to share the night with our teens. I'm Jennifer, owner of Flex Point (temp. closed) and am on the Board of Directors of ChopArt and have seen first hand how impactful this program is. I'm extending this invitation to our Flex Point family because I know how passionate you are about the Arts, equity, youth, and empowerment, you'll be the perfect guest for this night!

By purchasing a ticket, you provide one field trip opportunity for one homeless teen. When you bring a friend, you both fund one full year of weekly Arts programming for one teen living in a homeless shelter. And buying artwork from the teen puts $100 into their pocket.
