1. Proficient active listening skills to understand and adapt to the various needs of children and parents
2. Patience and compassion suitable for working with young children’s
3. Must be legal age
4. Must have a high school diploma or General Education diploma
5. Attend monthly staff meeting.
6. Attend weekly classroom team meeting (for planning)
7. Available 25 hours a week Monday-Friday. 1 hour on Sunday
8. Attend at least 5 hours of service training before you can start work.
