Every dinner I make becomes lunch the next day! It’s very time consuming to make every meal everyday I don’t personally like to eat out a lot but taking my dinner to the next day makes my day so much easier! This lentil soup has become a staple in my weekly meals it’s under 30 mins it’s balance ( protein , carbs, veggies) and it’s a one pot meal🤯 ‼️ it can’t get no better!

Grand raising ❣️Here are some of my go to breakfast ideas mix it up you can add avacado ( healthy fats) , eggs (protein) on whole grain toast with some fresh fruit On the side 😍 BOOM simple. Who doesn’t like easy meals in the morning so you can get going!

30 DAY BEGINNNERS CHALLENGE!
Grand rasing ❣️beautiful people thank you to everyone who watched my video yesterday! today is cardio day! 30-45 mins MILD cardio you want to burn around 300-500 calories but with low intensity! We are trying to drop the fat not the muscle most people don’t know when you over due cardio you burn away muscle too! Keep your heart rate low!! That’s why 30 -45 mins is needed!

I have been working so hard to perfect this challenge and NOW the wait is OVER!!🥳
Do you struggle with a workout routine staying consistent and or eating healthy?paying for a personal trainer can get costly ( 300$ to 400$ monthly or more) and not always ideal in the moment when I first started working out it was hard for me to get and stick to a routine much less find healthy meals and food that were quick, easy and tasty! In this challenge launching February 1st there will be step by step video workouts , grocery list and sample meal idea. Finding a routine that works for you and your schedule can be difficult that is why all of the workouts are under 30 minutes and you can do them anywhere!! Challenge will be FREE!!
