Mr. Gleissner’s Medical Assistant class had an incredible opportunity to visit American Medical Response to learn more about emergency medicine, patient care, and the importance of teamwork within the healthcare system. From exploring life saving equipment to gaining insight into the fast paced world of EMS, our students got a firsthand look at what it takes to make a difference when every second counts.

As we celebrate EMS Week, we want to give a huge THANK YOU to all emergency medical professionals for their dedication, compassion, and commitment to serving the community every day. 🚑❤️

For students currently on externship, we are actively communicating with our clinical partners. Your hours will be recorded manually during this time, and once systems are restored, they will be entered accordingly. You will not lose any of your time.

For students with SOAR assignments, deadlines will be extended to accommodate this disruption, and no grades will be impacted. Once services are fully restored, additional guidance and support will be provided to assist you.
