Hey Everybody! Looking for volunteers to help with this years Welding Showdown! There will be 7 area high schools competing and we are looking for folks to help judge and direct students, witness testing, and many other areas! You get lunch, some free handouts (welding related), and probably all the donuts & coffee you will want for the rest of your life! It's fast paced and fun! It is happening Friday, January 20th, and we will probably start around 8am for setup. If this sounds like something you would like to help with please contact Alex directly @ (209) 224-7405..... IRONWORKERS GLADIATOR/BOOT CAMP TRAINING COURSE

Participants will receive 3 weeks of FREE hands on training. The training will focus on developing skills to enter the Reinforcing Ironwork industry. Those who complete the 3 week course will have an excellent opportunity to begin a career as an Ironworker apprentice.
Requirements for entry into the course are:
*Minimum 18 years of age​​*High School Diploma or GED
*Reliable transportation​​*Lifting and carrying a minimum of 70 lbs
*Must pass drug screen
