👻 Not everything has to be about curriculum sometimes the best lessons come from creating memories! Today we made some questionable little ghosts from our hands and some adorable Frankensteins from our feet 🎃 Such a fun way to learn, laugh, and make keepsakes we’ll treasure forever! 💕

Happy Monday 🍂

Today we had so much fun celebrating the start of fall with this cute tree project! Not only was it a creative way to get into the season, but it was also a wonderful learning activity. The kids practiced tracing letters on the leaves, then worked on placing them in the correct order to spell their names. This helps build early literacy skills, fine motor control, and letter recognition—all while letting them explore colors and textures through paint and paper.

Projects like these are a great mix of creativity and education, giving the kids confidence in their learning while making something they’re proud of.

I hope everyone has a good week!

Today our focus was on something that goes far beyond learning numbers, letters, and colors we talked about what it means to truly be a good friend. We practiced kindness, caring, sharing smiles, asking someone to play, and even making each other laugh. Every day, I’m reminded what a blessing it is to be in this position, helping raise little minds and hearts. Academics are important, of course, but I believe my biggest job is teaching these children how to be good people. We’re living in a world that can sometimes feel scary and uncertain, and these little ones are our future. That means we have to start now — teaching them the power of kindness, the importance of compassion, and the beauty of treating others with respect even when we don’t always agree.
I want every child who walks through my door to know that being a good person starts with small things a smile, a kind word, an invitation to play, or a helping hand. Those little acts may seem simple, but they build the foundation for who they will become.
At the end of the day, it isn’t just about learning ABCs or 123s. It’s about learning how to love, how to care, and how to make the world a little brighter. My hope is that each child leaves here not only smarter but also kinder because that’s what this world needs most.

This week we’ve been asked to help fill this piggy bank with donations that will go toward different charities, including supporting children with disabilities and their families. While we’re working on giving, we’re also learning what it really means to be kind! 💕

Today’s craft was all about kindness, I asked each little one to share what makes them kind. Their answers were so sweet and thoughtful, and it was the perfect reminder that kindness starts small and grows big!!
