Classes are currently delivered in the form of 80% online lectures and 20% in-person labs. Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician: A 6-10 week course that prepares students to work as Sterile Processing Technicians. EKG Technician: A 7-10 week course that trains students how to administer stress tests and operate the EKG machine. Flexible Endoscope Reprocessing Technician : A short (2-3 we
ek) supplementary course to Sterile Processing. Students are trained on how to handle, clean, and store flexible endoscopes. Tech in Surgery: An 9-month course that prepares students to enter the operating room and work alongside surgeons, registered nurses, and anesthesiologists. Upon graduating and obtaining a certificate of completion, graduates are eligible to take the relevant board exam to can work in hospitals and other healthcare settings. The training facility is affiliated with the Certification Board of Sterile Processing and Distribution, otherwise called CBSPD, Inc., and is an approved facility by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
