This week is CPhA Legislative Week! Today, we will be exploring AB 309 (Zbur). The goal of this bill was to increase access to sterile syringes at pharmacies without the need of a prescription while also offering safe disposal and health resources for all patients. This bill was approved in October 2025 and is a major step in preventing the spread of HIV and hepatitis within our communities.

Hello everyone! We hope you kicked off finals week with a strong start. This week, we will be introducing the 2025-2026 APhA-ASP Executive Board. Elections for new leadership positions for the Class of 2028 will be opening soon, so please be on the lookout for more information!
