AgFest 2026 is underway! Venture Academy Durham Ferry students excelled on the first day, showcasing market animals and participating in Agricultural Olympics and Karaoke, while gaining valuable insights from fellow FFA chapters and judges. Steer Market Showings: Bella Machado and Madi Reyes achieved second place in their respective Market Weight Break categories.

Venture Academy students from the Historic Durham Ferry Program competed at Agfest 2026 over the weekend. Two stand out students McKenzie Reyes and Chloe Chabino both placed and received recognition for their accomplishments.

Venture Academy is looking for a Math Coordinator who is passionate about supporting teachers and strengthening math learning for every student. In this role, you’ll guide curriculum work, lead professional learning, and coach educators in effective, research‑based instructional practices — especially in providing tiered supports for students working below grade level.

📌 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Clear CA Single Subject Math Credential or Multiple Subject Credential with Math authorization
Math teaching experience
Eligible for a CA Administrative Services Credential (or willing to apply upon hire)
