Dear 5th Grade Families,

We are excited to invite you to the ROCS 2025–2026 R.O.P.E.S. Ceremony as we celebrate our 5th grade scholars and the completion of their R.O.P.E.S. — Rite of Passage ExperienceS — projects.

The ceremony will take place on:

Tuesday, June 2, 2026
8:30 AM
ROCS Blacktop

Families and guests will enter through the playground gate.

Following the ceremony, families are invited to join us for a reception with light refreshments in University Hall.

We look forward to celebrating our scholars’ hard work, reflection, learning, and accomplishments throughout their R.O.P.E.S. project experience.

Ms Jamie and Ms Lilly are truly the heartbeat of our front office. From the moment families walk through our doors they are greeted with warmth, kindness and a genuine sense of care that sets the tone for our entire school community. Every day they go above and beyond supporting students when they’re not feeling their best helping families, navigate questions and keeping the many moving pieces of our school running smoothly, we are incredibly grateful for their dedication, compassion and positive energy they bring to River Oaks every day.

A ROCS tradition continues! 💙🦅

We are excited to welcome back our graduating seniors on Thursday, May 21, 2026, for Senior Walk: A Farewell Walk.

Graduating seniors should arrive at ROCS by 7:45 AM. Senior Walk will begin at 8:15 AM.

This special tradition honors their journey, celebrates how far they have come, and inspires our current scholars to dream big about their own future.

We are proud to celebrate the Class of 2026 and all that lies ahead!
