We are so pumped to welcome Dr. Otis Murphy to the University of Pacific Conservatory of Music campus this week for two separate events. Dr. Murphy will give a masterclass to select current, incoming, and prospective students and perform the Claude T. Smith Fantasia as guest soloist with the Pacific Wind Bands. Studio members Antrell, Danielle, and Ray had the opportunity of performing this weekend with the Honors Symphony led by ’s own Professor Dudley. The saxes performed the Clague edition of ‘An American In Paris’ by George Gershwin which calls for eight saxophones between the three of them. Great job everyone! 🎷🎻🎶

End of the year send off with sax studios combined 💪 at David’s Pizza 🍕 Lots of exciting things in store this summer including festivals, work, research, summer school, and a Hawaii trip!

The sax studio had a great time this weekend catching a thrilling and engaging performance by at the Bankhead Theater. had his cd signed by all the members!

Come join us for an afternoon with the Italian Sax Quartet! This world-renowned group will be performing at Faye Spanos Concert Hall at University of the Pacific on April 13th, 2025 2:30 PM.
