On Saturday, April 5th, we will be going to Raza Day at Stanford University... other groups are also invited and we'll only have one bus, so if you're interested, stop by Mr. Aguilar's classroom and sign up before all the seats are taken... you have until this Friday to sign up and it's on a first come first served basis, so HURRY UP!!!

Don't forget that if you're going to the LULAC conference, you have to register online and turn in the permission forms quickly. Spots are filling up quickly so try not to wait longer than this week. The conference in November 1st.

Remember to meet tomorrow at 4:15 at the park behind August Knodt for our community service. If you have a MEChA shirt, wear it! Make sure to sign in too for points.

Hello again everybody. Our first community service is coming up next Monday, August 6th at Paul Weston Park (the park behind August Knodt) for the National Night Out event. Elysia was wonderful in setting up all the details! We will be helping in the kid’s area with games, raffles and prizes so it will be a lot of fun. We need to be there by 4:15 pm and will be there for a few hours. It’s guaranteed to be a lot of fun and it counts as community service hours so that you can go along on the trips we have planned for this year, so make sure to be there. Thanks and we’ll see you next week!

MEChA officer's meeting has been changed from Tuesday to tomorrow, Monday!!! Please share this information with all officers and we'll see you tomorrow after school!

Also, the t-shirt prices are going to be $12.00, so bring cash to the next MEChA meeting (Wed. 8/31) so that we can order them all together... the sooner we all pay for them, the sooner we can start wearing them!

OK MEChistAs... tomorrow is club rush and we need you all to show up at the MEChA table to support your officers... the table will be out there 1st and 2nd lunch!

We keep growing and growing... thanks to all of our members, we had almost 50 people show up for the meeting this afternoon... Si Se Puede! Yes we can!

Weston Ranch High School M.E.Ch.A. had their first meeting last week and had in attendance more than 35 new members! Si se puede!!!
