Happy Friday! Does anyone remember going to sixth grade science camp in La Honda?

Our reunion is only 74 days from now! And in addition to having a nice dinner together at Arroyo's Cafe and Cantina in Stockton on October 24 at 5 pm, you have the opportunity to get a guided tour of our old school campus! Colonial Heights has a new principal, Becky Sprinkle, and she has graciously agreed to give a 30 minute tour of the campus at 4 pm the afternoon of the reunion. Will you be joining us for dinner and the tour?

Happy Friday! Do you have a special memory from 6th grade to share? I remember farm animals brought to school one day and we got to take turns milking the cow. When it was my turn at the udders, the cow decided it was time to relieve herself! That gave everyone a good laugh!

Did anyone have Mrs. Starling for first grade? (I did not). I remember going into her classroom once to listen to her play an interesting stringed instrument that sat on her legs while she played it. Do you know what it was she was playing?

Happy Friday! Have you had a chance to visit the new FB page created for us by Pam Becker Engilis? It’s called Colonial Heights, Class of 1972. It is much easier for our classmates to post on that page compared to this one. Also, Pam copied photos from this page and posted them on the new page to add continuity. Our plan is to eventually phase out this page on continue with Pam’s page. We hope you like it!
