Former Nets Dance, Marla Leonow, is owner/artistic director of Maximum Performance Dance. Marla has extensive training in all areas of dance, as well as her elementary teaching certification. Our goal is to create a fun and positive learning environment where our students become family. At MPD we have programs ranging from early childhood all the way up to pre professional level and everything in between!

What a way to kick off competition season!!! There were so many amazing accomplishments such as our small group “Free Me” receiving the highest scoring adv. 12 & under group of the competition and our mini/petite hip hop “24 Karat Magic” receiving the highest scoring int. 12 & under group! Our production routine “Miami Heat” won first overall! There were so many more achievements but these are just a few highlights! Most importantly, this team is so positive and caring! They work hard and always support one another! We have so much to be proud of!🩷🖤🌟
