JH Teacher Feature of the Week: Emalee Rogers! Mrs. Rogers has been in education for 20 years; 4 with SPS! She teaches 9th grade Geometry, tutors math before school, and is a co-sponsor of BETA Club for the Junior High! Mrs. Rogers has taught math to all levels of learners at the Junior High and we are so lucky to have her as part of the team! 👏

Favorite part of teaching: Watching kids do things they never thought they’d be able to do. 👩‍🏫

Fun fact/hidden talent about yourself: She taught herself how to ride a unicycle in 8th grade to be part of a clown group! 🤡

Advice to students: Never give up! 💪

Thank you to our amazing Stillwater Junior High School - SJHS PTO for sponsoring our Teacher Feature award! Every 4 winners will enter a raffle for a $25 gift card. We drew our first two winners, Mrs. Nash and Mrs. Sheppard! We're so grateful for the supportive parent community. 💛💙
