The purposes for which our organization was founded are:
To support, promote, and serve Family, Career & Community Leaders of America and Family and Consumer Sciences Education at the local, state, and national levels
To unite former FHA, HERO & FCCLA members and others interested in promoting a strong bond between the community and FCCLA
To act as a resource bank to lend services to local chap

Oklahoma FCCLA has had TWO Oklahomans visiting the new National Headquarters these past few days. Olivia Boeckman, VP of Community Service, working with the 2023-2034 National Executive Council and Corey Seaman, newly appointed National Board of Directors member. Way to go, Olivia and Corey!

Looking for an opportunity to give back? Former State Officer Lesa Jennings Foster is looking for groups to volunteer at Hope Lodge in OKC.
Cooking Up Hope! … Volunteer groups are needed to provide meals for our Hope Lodge guests. Please consider bringing your church group, civic organization, business leadership team or friends/family crew to the OKC Lodge. (You can cook at the lodge or have it catered) Bonus points for bringing some FUN with you - movie night, bingo, karaoke, etc or play our beautiful Steinway piano. Ronnie B. Traylor Jr. is the keeper of our volunteer list and he’d love to schedule a time for you to join us. Thanks, friends!

FCCLA State Adviser Brittani Phillips surprised the Integration of FCCLA Award: the Lee and Dr. Nevaleen Selmat Scholarship recipient, Stephanie Bennett, at Sallisaw High School today! This award is granted to an FCS educator who excels in integrating FCCLA into their curriculum. Way to go, Mrs. Bennett! Dr. Selmat was a pioneer in Family and Consumer Sciences and FCCLA and her legacy lives on through educators like you. Congratulations!
