Did you know the federal government offers a recruitment program specifically designed to connect students and recent graduates with disabilities to internship and employment opportunities?

The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP), managed by the U.S. Department of Labor, helps eligible candidates explore careers across federal agencies while gaining valuable professional experience.

Students interested in applying should begin preparing key materials such as a resume, transcript, USAJOBS account and Schedule A letter. Registration for the 2026 program is open Aug. 17 through Oct. 4.
