Today, OSU Nu Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta undergraduate and graduate students traveled to Weatherford, Oklahoma for the annual Phi Alpha Theta conference. OSU Nu Chapter graduate students swept the Graduate American category and took first place in Graduate Non-American. Congratulations to all that attended, presented, and placed.

PAT members have a busy day tomorrow! Foner E-book training is at 11am in MUR 148 (Free lunch!). The mandatory History Department Meeting is at 3:30pm in MUR 035, and immediately following at 5pm in the Parlor is our annual welcome-back pizza party. See you there!

This afternoon Phi Alpha Theta will be re-enacting true Jacksonian electoral politics in the seminar room. We're currently seeking someone to play the person being dragged up to the ballot box after indulging in the complimentary cider.*
Not really, but we will be electing new officers, join us!
*There's no alcohol this afternoon, the university frowns on that kind of thing.
