Congratulations to Summer Chaffin, who was chosen to attend the Capitol Cowboys event last week. She spent the day speaking with legislators, thanking them for their support, and asking for continued support for bills and budgets that fund and promote higher education, especially with an eye on those helping engineering, nursing, STEM programs, and teacher education programs. We're so proud that she represented us!

OSU Teach - Oklahoma State University Our STEP 1 (SMED 1011) course is designed for any major! You don't have to declare education to take this one-hour course. In STEP 1, you will receive an introduction to teaching pedagogy, lesson planning, and classroom management. Plus, you will get to observe in a real classroom and teach 2-3 time...

OSUTeach will be set up today in the Student Union atrium from 9:00-10:00am. Come grab an OSUTeach brain and visit with the program coordinator and a student ambassador about how your love of math or science can lead to a teaching career!
