Stillwater Head Start 0-5

Our Early Head Start classes enjoyed water play yesterday, and the kiddos had an absolute blast! 💦☀️ Nothing beats smiles, laughter, and cooling off on a summer day.

One thing we love at Head Start is building our work family too! ❤️💙🤍

During the day, we’re busy hanging out with our amazing kids ages 0–5, so after school we try to get together as a staff once a month (or every other month) for a little fun. Sometimes we play games, watch a movie, or go out to eat.

This was our second time doing the painting night, and it may have been the funniest one yet! 😂 We had so much fun painting, laughing, and especially revealing our masterpieces at the end.

Today marked our 15th Annual Tend to You Day, a special tradition that gives our staff the opportunity to give back to the communities we serve.

This year, the Stillwater Head Start 0–5 team spent the morning cleaning community parks throughout Stillwater. These are the same parks where many of our children and families play after school, on weekends, and throughout the year.

Together, our staff visited and cleaned 7 parks, helping keep these spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone to enjoy. We are proud to invest in the community that supports our children and families every day.

While our Head Start kids were busy enjoying the Foam Party, our Early Head Start babies were having their own special water play day! So many smiles and sweet memories made together. Summer fun officially started early around here! 💙🫧🌈
