Last week we celebrated the week of the young child! Picnics, superhero praise, earth day clean up, and a very special kindness rock garden our students enjoyed all the fun activities!

Stillwater Public Schools Enrollment for Pre-k will open March 24th.

Enrollment for the '26-'27 school year, including Pre-K opens opens March 24 at 8am. Mark your calendars and be ready!

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
You will need the following documents and the ability to upload them digitally:
- Proof of Stillwater residence (i.e. lease/mortgage statement or current utility bill)
- Government-issued birth certificate or passport
- In accordance with Title 70 Oklahoma School Immunization Law 1210.191. for school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following: Current, up-to-date immunization records; or A completed and signed exemption form.

ENROLLMENT FORMS
- Those who already have (or have had) students enrolled in SPS will login to the portal to add new students.
- Families entirely new to SPS, will complete the 2026-27 Enrollment Form.

For new Pre-K students: Please note that your application will be time-stamped when your proof of residence, birth certificate, and immunization records are uploaded and verified as correct. Please upload your documents in the online form instead of emailing to the school. Your enrollment will be delayed if the needed documents are not attached. Space is limited for Pre-K enrollment and will be filled in the order enrollments are completed.

St. Francis Xavier Early Childhood Development Center will have a 9:00 am delayed start Tuesday, January 27, 2026

St. Francis Xavier Early Childhood Development Center plans to open on Tuesday, January 27. While overall conditions are expected to improve throughout the day, there may be icy road conditions during the morning hours, and we anticipate operating with limited staffing as a result.

The safety of our children, families, and staff remains our top priority. If you have concerns about traveling during the morning due to potentially icy roads, we encourage you to use your best judgment and err on the side of caution by keeping your child at home.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we navigate these conditions. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
