The OSU Thoma Scholars Program aims to empower exceptional young leaders in underserved rural areas, awarding life-changing scholarships to students in Northwest Oklahoma, West Texas, and Eastern New Mexico.
Each scholar will receive comprehensive support including financial aid, mentorship, and leadership training, helping them succeed long after obtaining their degrees.
