A magical mystical experience! 💙 Takk SUP Norway!

We woke uo to a beautiful morning and had a wonderful yoga practice and Sound Bath w/ Jess o Friday. Unfortunately, our retreat center made the decision to evacuate our group a day early! We didn't want to end our week so soon but it was full and amazing!

We took advantage of the weather and learned all about swells, sets, and all sorts of ocean knowledge thanks to ! We hiked through Quimixto to the waterfall! Another great day in Mexico!

We were thankful to have a small window to paddle on Tuesday and made the most of it. Hurricane Priscilla caused devastation along the coast of Puerta Vallarta hitting on a full moon & high tide The temazcal is always a highlight and aerial yoga! It was a great day!
